HVAC Engineer

Job Responsibilities-

HVAC & Portable Water System:

1. To ensure healthy operation of HVAC equipment’s with minimum breakdown.
2. Electrical Power – Maintenance operations trouble shooting of Electrical panels.
3. Portable Water System – Water management of entire plant.
4. HVAC validation - conduct timely validation of HVAC system to ensure healthiness of AHU system.
5. Carrying In-house installation work as and when required related to HVAC system  
6. To maintained and monitored log keeping as per QMS compliances.
7. To ensure proper execution of Breakdown, Maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC system and maintain breakdown documents.
8. Inventory control.
9. Safety concerns to avoid accidents during work.
10. Impart training to juniors for better performance in their job assigned.

New Projects:

1. Planning of new changes in facility, its execution, validation, qualification and handover to user.

Documentation:

1. To supervise the preparation of QMS documents of HVAC Validation like SOP, protocol, reports and to ensure their preparation as per current guidelines, execution and retention of documents and their presentation in audits.
2.  Handling deviation and change control related documents.

Validation plan:

1. Vendor selection and vendor qualification for validation activity.
2. Planning and execution of HVAC validation as per pre define SOP protocol.

Inventory Management :

1. To manage inventory for critical spare to reduce downtime of equipment.
